TOOL MAKING
The prerequisite for high quality injection- moulded parts are equally high quality injection moulding tools. Our internal tool shop ensures this by a versatile team of competent and experienced constructers, designers and engineers on one side and a valuable tool park on the other side. Through continuous training of employees and investments in our facilities, we always try to meet the individual requirements of our customers.
MULTICOMPONENT - INJECTION MOULDS
More complex tools for the processing of different plastics into one product, whereby the diverse features of the materials can be combined in the desired manner.
THERMOSET- INJECTION MOULDS
Tools that are, due to the nature of thermosetting polymer, designed to relatively high pressure and temperature. This allows you to unproblematically use the advantages of the material, such as temperature resistance, wide wall thicknesses and dimensional accuracy, for your products.
INSERT/ OUTSERT - INJECTION MOULDS
Special injection mould, in which inserts or outserts are placed and afterwards being overmoulded with plastic. As result you get metal-plastic composite systems with hybrid characterisitics, which serve for components with complex functional requirements.
ALUMINIUM - DIE CASTING MOULDS
Tool with high surface and material resilience, in order to withstand the high pressures and rapidly changing temperatures needed for producing aluminium die castings, which combine lightness and stability.
INJECTION MOULDING
Foundation of our foundry is our tool manufactory, which not only enables us to produce the required tools ourselves but furthermore to maintain and modify them, if requested. This allows a smoother and cost effective production.
With our modern and valuable injection moulding machine park, under the guidance of experienced injection molding masters and continuous internal quality controls, we provide you with flawless castings.

TWO COMPONENT - MOULDINGS
Multicomponent injection molded parts offer you the opportunity to combine different material properties in one product. This allows you to achieve different combinations of colors, textures or surfaces.
INSERT/ OUTSERT MOUDLINGS
In case of metal insert or outsert castings, metal parts are overmoulded with plastic. This results in hybrid components with a variety of applications.
